What are participants saying about Dare to TRI?

"One of THE best organized and handled tri events I've ever seen. All the credit for such a fabulous race event to Lindsey Kurhajetz and Jeanette Neumann, who were masterful in every single detail. The lake was clean, the bike course was a good mix of gradual inclines and a few fast declines, and the run was mostly flat with a two little up hills right near the end. The swag, the after race noshes, the medal it was all perfect! There were even cheerleaders on the last mile or so of the bike every few hundred yards cheering everyone on which really helped motivate you to fly faster. I will definately do this race again!"

"This was a stellar event!  My wife and I have participated in several other local triathlons and this was head and shoulders above in most any category.  I can't wait until next year and would recommend this Tri to anyone, whether an elite racer or a first timer!"

"I appreciated the emphasis on using triathlon as a way to set goals for yourself to live an active lifestyle. There were many people that were challenged in a great way by this event to start moving. I see Triathlon as a powerful way to celebrate God's gift of life and think it was defintiely celebrated. A wonderful job!"

"Communication leading up to the race was fabulous including a concerted effort to make this a welcoming and successful event for newbies.  The volunteers were numerous, enthusiastic, and helpful.  The course was great and well marked. The swag was stellar.  Relatives who attended the race as spectators said the parking and shuttle were both simple and smooth, with very little waiting."

"To start an event like this takes an enormous amount of talent and dedication. Thanks for adding a premier event to the Maple Grove landscape. The volunteers were incredible and made the event very enjoyable for rookies like myself.  I spoke to a large number of TRI veterans that were very impressed. Congrats to you and all the volunteers and sponsors."
