The Maple Grove Triathlon abides by official USA Triathlon rules and regulations, the governing body for the sport.
Pay special attention to CPSC-approved helmets and also wetsuit information. Ruling on race-day water temperature will be announced at 7:00 AM at the mandatory pre-race meeting and also posted at the transition area entrance.
Event marshals will be positioned on each course to enforce participant adherence to all rules and regulations. Any penalties and disqualifications will be posted on the timing board adjacent to the finish line.
All athletes are responsible for adhering to these guidelines to ensure a safe and fair event. We encourage new athletes especially to review details in full.
